Based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Sepi is a self-taught artist with a Master’s degree in engineering who has boldly transitioned to a career in art, driven by her profound passion for drawing and painting. Currently studying at the Academy of Realist Art (ARA) in Toronto, she continually refines her skills and nurtures her creative aspirations.
Sepi’s artistic focus is on portraying women and celebrating their femininity, strength, and emotions. Drawing inspiration from literature, music, and personal experiences, she communicates the intricacies of the human psyche through her evocative compositions. Her work relies on subconscious impulses and demands an abstract expression, exploring the dynamic between humanity’s relationship to nature and current social and environmental issues.

Portraying predominantly women, I celebrate their strength, vulnerability, and the quiet power of their presence. Themes of connection, transformation, and the search for meaning weave through my work, echoing universal truths while embracing the unique stories of each subject.”
