My garden shed begins a journey of anticipation. Entering I am determined to find Spring. I search for
seed packets, garden tools and questionable lawn décor saved from last year. I leave the shed with the
annual promise to clean and organize the place once and for all.
Throughout the year I view this structure through my kitchen window. I’m frequently drawn to its
unflinching eyes. They offer a reminder that for everything there is a season and when needed a shelter
from the storm. Life lessons from a simple garden shed.
