Art Therapy
Heather helps individuals to examine symbolic and metaphoric content in their work. These sessions are designed to help gain insight into life’s challenges, reduce stress, improve mood and add to a quality of life experience. A person-centered approach aims to free the spirit and ignite the imagination.
No artistic experience is required. Its about allowing yourself the freedom to express, explore and expand.
I offer a shame free space for people to feel safe and seen. I focus on what is best for you and we will walk through it together at a pace that fits your needs. Virtual 1:1 sessions are also supported.
